Abstract
目的:考察木耳提取物喷雾干燥的可行性及其最佳工艺.方法:在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法,以干燥物得率和多糖含量为指标,对影响干燥效果的进风温度、进样速度和浓缩液生药含量进行优选.并采用紫外分光光度法、薄层色谱法和药效学指标,比较传统醇沉真空干燥工艺与喷雾干燥工艺制备的提取物的区别.结果:木耳提取物采用喷雾干燥法,最佳工艺条件为:进风温度180℃,进样速度10 mL/min,生药含量为0.4 g/mL.与传统制备方法比较,所得提取物在多糖含量、薄层色谱图和降TG、TC作用无差异.结论:木耳提取物采用喷雾干燥法稳定可行,且经济效益高.
