Thus, clinical trials during registration of newly developed vaccines should, in our opinion, include evaluation of the initial levels of specific antibodies against each polysaccharide component of the vaccine in blood sera of all groups of volunteers. This would allow to evaluate the effectiveness of the vaccination.
