2012-01-2014-06西安医学院附属医院耳鼻咽喉科收治95例中高频下降型突发性聋患者,给予耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠和利多卡因治疗,疗效较好,报告如下. 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 入组标准:①符合中华医学会制定的突发性聋诊断标准[1];且主要表现为中高频(≥2 000 Hz)听力下降,单耳发病;②病程15 d以内;③除外中耳及颅内疾病;④第1次发病,既往无听力下降病史;⑤无糖皮质激素使用禁忌.
