Ultra-high Resolution Activation Mapping of a Left Atrial Macroreentrant Tachycardia Using a Marshall Bundle Epicardial Connection.

An 89-year-old woman with dilated cardiomyopathy underwent a second ablation procedure for persistent atrial tachycardia (AT) with repeated worsening of her heart failure due to the tachycardia. She had undergone pulmonary vein (PV) isolation using a cryoballoon and left atrial (LA) roof and mitral isthmus linear ablation for symptomatic drug-resistant persistent atrial fibrillation (AF) in her first procedure 3 months earlier.
