分子诊断技术繁多,发展迅速,可对肿瘤的染色体异常、基因、蛋白、微卫星不稳定性、端粒酶活性、甲基化状态及药物代谢相关基因进行检测,为肿瘤的诊断、分型、生物学行为预测、预后评估及治疗方案的选择提供信息,有益于肿瘤的个体化治疗.肿瘤个体化治疗虽然取得一定进展,但仍然面临众多困难未解决.
