Abstract
•Spontaneous CSF leak is a rare event that can present with rhinorrhoea.•We present two cases of spontaneous CSF leak via the foramen rotundum.•Surgery was performed using endoscopic transnasal approach paired with intrathecal fluorescein.•Repair was successful in both cases with patients being symptom free at 6 months.
