摘要

•Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging presents a new and noninvasive method in post liver transplantation imaging evaluation.•Apparent diffusion coefficient b-600 and b-800 values using diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging may be used for the diagnosis of graft rejection after liver transplantation.•Apparent diffusion coefficient b-800 gives the best significance in changes in differential diagnosis of the severity degree (mild, moderate, and severe) of rejection.
