摘要

•The apparent herd-level prevalence of vesicular stomatitis was 38.5% (95% CI = 35.5–41.6%).•Spatial clusters of positive herds were identified in a region that borders other Brazilian states.•Prevalence was associated with mixed production, herd size, presence of cervids and horses, rental of pastures and sharing of water sources.
