摘要
•AAPH can induce structural changes through tropomyosin (TM) aggregations.•AAPH treatment can decrease the IgG/IgE binding capacity of tropomyosin.•AAPH treated TM can decrease the ability of mediator release in RBL-2H3 cell.•AAPH can decrease TM-specific IgE/IgG1, histamine and mMCP-1 levels in a mouse model.•Structural changes result in the allergenicity reduction of TM by AAPH treatment.
