老官山汉墓医简《诸病一》对“风”有较为详细的讨论,主要论述了“风邪”和“风病”.《诸病一》讨论了“风邪”的致病特点,从4个角度对“风病”进行分类,讨论了17种“风病”的症候表现.很多内容在传世中医药文献中属首次发现,表明当时对“风邪”和“风病”已有较为完整的认识和比较成熟的辨识方法.
