我国有很多丙型肝炎患者处于肝炎肝硬化失代偿期,无法使用干扰素α联合利巴韦林治疗.虽然直接抗病毒药物(DAAs)已经面世,使得清除这部分患者丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)成为可能,但短期抗病毒治疗不能减轻患者肝纤维化的程度.
