Risk of preeclampsia in pregnancies resulting from double gamete donation and from oocyte donation alone.

•Double-donation pregnancies are at a higher risk of preterm PE than oocyte donation pregnancies.•The increased risk is possibly related to the completely allogenicity of the embryo to the mother.•Pregnancies from donated gametes should be monitored to decrease pre-eclampsia incidence.
