•MMB4 DMS and HLö-7 DMS demonstrate superior qualities against CWNA and pesticides.•They both provide significant PR against all three OPs compared to atropine controls.•Significance was not readily observed across the board when compared against 2-PAM Cl.•The ED50 values of MMB4 DMS was lower than other oximes against all three Ops.
