摘要

•Micro UHPLC-MS/MS method was developed and validated to quantify ten different NSAIDs from drinking water, surface water and wastewater.•Effect of polarity of ionization, MRM parameters, pH, eluent buffer concentration, matrix effect on the selectivity are described.•Higher volume injection after sample dilution and on-line SPE were used to achieve lower LOQ values and eliminate complex sample preparation.
