Liver metastases from gastric adenocarcinoma mimicking multinodular hepatocellular carcinoma.

Hepatoid Adenocarcinoma of the Stomach (HAS) is a very infrequent condition. It represents <1% of all gastric tumors(1), and includes those with adenocarcinomatous and hepatocellular differentiation. Diagnosing metastatic HAS involving the liver may be challenging due to its hepatoid appearance at pathology.
