Abstract
患者女,64岁,23年前无明显诱因出现右耳流脓血性分泌物,伴听力下降,症状反复发作并逐渐加重,无搏动性耳鸣及耳痛,于当地县医院就诊,查体外耳道内见0.5 cm × 0.6 cm ×0.6 cm肉芽样物,以"外耳道肿物"收入院行手术治疗,术中发现外耳道肿物来源于中耳,遂行耳内切口乳突根治术,术后未送病理检查,术中出血量不详. 6年后再次发现外耳道充满肉芽样物,遂以"慢性化脓性中耳炎复发"收入院再行"乳突根治术",术中出血约70 ml,术后病理诊断为"血管瘤".
