Abstract

Lobectomies in BS patients with giant pulmonary aneurysms refractory to medical treatment can be done with favorable outcome. Also, complications such as large cavities causing pneumothorax, refractory pleural effusions, bronchiectasis and embolization complications can be managed effectively with surgical interventions.
