Management of infective endocarditis and multidisciplinary approach.

•The implementation of endocarditis multidisciplinary meetings (EMM) is now recommended by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC). We presented the activity report of the EMM of the Teaching Hospital of Bordeaux since its creation in 2013. A total of 493 cases of infective endocarditis were confirmed at the EMM. Hospital case fatality was 12%, while it usually is˃20% in the literature. We suggest that the EMM helps improve the infection prognosis if management is tailored on a case-by-case basis.
