摘要

•3D echo-derived PA Ea, RV Emax, RVAC are correlated with those derived from RHC-CMR.•3D echo-derived PA Ea and RVAC are significantly lower in patients with mPAP <25 mm Hg.•3D echo-derived PA Ea and RVAC increase significantly with severity of PH.•3D echo-derived RV Emax is not significantly influenced by levels of afterload.
