摘要

•A series of new triazoles linked coumarinopyrazole hybrids has been synthesized.•Anti-BCHE, Anti-5-LOX and Anti-tyrosinase activities have been studied.•Cytotoxic activity against HCT-116 and MCF-7 cancer cell lines has been also evaluated.•The SAR was discussed, the added triazole moiety improved and/or brought activity.
