Determination of multiple mycotoxins in feedstuffs by combined use of UPLC–MS/MS and UPLC–QTOF–MS

•A combination of mass spectrometric techniques for mycotoxin analysis is presented.•A UPLC–MS/MS method for determination of major mycotoxins in feedstuffs was developed.•The developed method shows recoveries close to 100% and RSD <12% for target mycotoxins.•Identification of many non-target mycotoxins in feed was performed by UPLC–QTOF–MS.•Co-occurrence of regulated mycotoxins was detected in four feed samples.
