Abstract
目的:创建肝癌手术前3D模型,并将术前规划在术中与目标器官精确匹配.方法:依靠磁共振得到的数据进行3D重建,并与HoloLens眼镜虚拟现实技术相结合,实现术前3D建模及手术规划,并在术中直接与手术目标器官匹配.结果:通过后期处理磁共振检查数据,完成了肝癌的3D模型重建,并将重建的模型导入HoloLens眼镜,在术中与靶器官进行了精确匹配.结论:磁共振检查数据能够被用于进行3D重建,并可与HoloLens眼镜虚拟现实技术结合,可完善术前的评估及术中的精确匹配.
