摘要

•PCZ had a negative impact on behavior of rats.•PCZ induced oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation in rats’ brain.•Histopathological examination of brain tissue revealed various pathological lesions after exposure to PCZ.•CAR, administered in conjunction with PCZ, ameliorated most of these undesirable effects.
