Abstract
目的:探讨耳屏软骨-软骨膜复合体在开放式鼓室成形术中的疗效.方法:选择行开放式鼓室成形手术的30例(30耳)中耳胆脂瘤患者,术中使用经塑形的耳屏软骨-软骨膜修复鼓膜,钛人工听小骨重建听骨链,观察术后气骨导差及鼓膜恢复情况.结果:30例术耳均一期愈合,无听骨脱出及上鼓室塌陷,术后气骨导差平均较术前缩小13 dB.结论:耳屏软骨-软骨膜是开放式鼓室成形伴听骨链重建术中的理想修复材料,值得临床应用.
