摘要

良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)是一种常见的前庭周围性眩晕疾病,又可称为“耳石症”,目前在临床上主要依靠详询病史、耳石变位试验进行诊断,治疗多采用耳石复位法(canalith repositioning procedure,CRP).根据BPPV的诊断依据和疗效评估(2006,贵阳)标准把BPPV分为4种类型:后半规管BPPV (posterior canal-BPPV,PC-BPPV)、前半规管BPPV (anterior canal-BPPV,AC-BPPV)、外半规管BPPV (horizontal canal-BPPV,HC-BPPV)、混合型BPPV(compound-BPPV,C-BPPV)[1].
