摘要
•Measured neural correlates of task performance during the Poffenberger Paradigm for Crossed-Uncrossed Differences (CUD).•Crossed conditions showed longer response times than uncrossed conditions.•Targets processed in the ipsilateral hemisphere showed greater frontal positivity in the P1/N1 time window.•Greater alpha power for targets contralateral to hand of response; largest differences in alpha being for right-hand responses.•Frontal inhibitory processes likely contribute to variability in CUD behavioral performance.
