Abstract
目的:探讨影响慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者外科治疗依从性的因素.方法:对386例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者逐一进行疾病宣教,对未依从者定期随访半年,了解患者拒绝手术的原因并对其一般资料进行统计分析.结果:386例患者中,依从治疗197例,非依从189例,依从率为51.04％.通过单因素x2检验与多因素Logistic回归分析得出影响依从性的因素有患者文化水平与视觉模拟量表评分.结论:患者文化水平越高,依从性越差;VAS评分越高,患者依从性越好,如何提高慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的依从性将仍需不断探讨.
