摘要
We report a successful case of video-controlled management of intrahepatic stones using a double-channel scope in a patient with surgically altered anatomy.A 68-year-old man with a history of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasia who had undergone pancreatoduodenectomy with reconstruction-II 10 years previously was admitted to our hospital for acute refractory cholangitis due to recurrent intrahepatic stones and stenosis in the choledochojejunal anastomosis. We performed endoscopic balloon dilatation of the anastomotic stricture (Fig. 1) and aimed to remove the stones as usual .
