Abstract
•We analyzed the differentially expressed proteins by using 2D-DIGE and MALDI-TOF-MS.•Identification of 10 abnormal differentially expressed proteins caused by CBP.•APOA1, a1-AT and Complement C3 were up-regulated in CBP and were validated.•Oxidative stress and inflammation may help to elucidate the mechanism of CBP.
