摘要

•Arboviruses are increasingly recognized as associated with Guillain-Barre syndrome.•A cluster of GBS in Fiji was temporally associated with a large dengue outbreak.•Epidemiologic data identified an unusual increase in GBS cases.•No specific pathogen or antigenic trigger for the GBS cases was identified.
