Abstract
Lichen planus is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin and oral mucosa involving CD8+ T cells (1). Paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP) is an autoimmune blistering skin disease associated with solid cancer or haematological malignancies (HM). We report 4 patients with long term oral lichenoid erosions leading to the diagnosis of PNP associated with HM. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
