Ocular findings in adult subjects with an inactivating mutation in GH releasing hormone receptor gene.

•We describe physical ocular findings in isolated GHD deficiency (IGHD) due to GHRHR gene mutation.•Adult IGHD have normal visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and lens thickness.•Adult IGHD have higher values of spherical equivalent and corneal curvature.•Adult IGHD have reduced (not stature-corrected) axial length, anterior chamber and vitreous depth and corneal thickness.•Mild ocular effects occur in severe GH and IGF-I deficiency due to non-treated IGHD.
