Abstract
•6 patients underwent Pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) with mesentericoportal vein (MPV) reconstruction utilizing autologous falciform ligament (FL) graft.•R0 resection was achieved in all the patients.•All the reconstructed MPVs were patent after a mean follow-up of 12 (6–16) months.•This technique was safe and effective.
