摘要
•We performed urinary proteomic analysis of patients with diabetic nephropathy.•We comparatively analyzed the urinary levels of identified proteins using MRM assays.•The levels of afamin, CD44, and LAMP2 were associated with both ACR and eGFR.•Urinary afamin levels may predict the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
