Modulation of type I interferon signaling by African swine fever virus (ASFV) of different virulence L60 and NHV in macrophage host cells.
Veterinary Microbiology(2018)
摘要
•Autologous plasma favoured SWC9 and CD163 expression in swine macrophage cultures.•Neither high (L60) nor low (NHV) virulence ASFV isolates induced IFN I production in these cultures.•L60 and NHV inhibited IFN I production in polyI:C stimulated macrophages.•Inhibition of IFN I was not dependent on modulation of the IRF3 mediator activation.•ISGs expression was more effectively controlled by L60 than NHV.
