Outcome of a Salvage Third Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation in Multiple Myeloma.

•A third ASCT may be an option for relapsed myeloma patients.•When relapse occurred at ≥36 months after a tandem ASCT, the median PFS was 24 months and the median OS was 64 months.•Toxicity after a third ASCT was acceptable.•Progressive disease and Karnofsky Performance Status score <70 at third ASCT were unfavorable factors.
