Abstract
•The CD34 expression after induced reprogramming of HL-60 cells is explored.•Endogenous pluripotent gene expression is activated after reprogramming.•CD34 expression is obvious after HL-60 cell induced reprogramming.•Our study is helpful to identifying monoclonal antibody and stem cell transplantation.•Our study provides basis for HL-60 cell recover to hematopoietic progenitor cell.
