Abstract
目的:探讨南水北调东线干渠途经地区土壤成分与钉螺孳生的关系。方法在工程沿线地区选取4个研究点,采集土壤标本,检测其中的化学元素、有机质和总氮等成分含量,分析影响钉螺生存繁殖的土壤因素。结果除锌、钠、磷、密度外,存活钉螺所暴露的土壤成分含量均有异于死亡钉螺所暴露的土壤,差异有统计学意义(t=-19.150~12.810,P均<0.01)。但Logistic回归分析未得出有统计学意义的模型。结论钉螺适于生活在有机质丰富、pH值偏中性的土壤中。随着全球气候变暖及南水北调工程的运行,钉螺有可能在北方受水地区孽生,应加强对长江水流经地区的螺情监测。
