Abstract

•Daptomycin and surgery was an effective treatment for Gram-positive vascular graft infections.•Rifampicin added to daptomycin therapy could improve the outcomes of patients with vascular graft infections.•There was no muscle toxicity associated with daptomycin therapy, but the dose used was not high.
