Bioaccumulation and oxidative stress caused by pesticides in Cyprinus carpio reared in a rice-fish system.

•Thiamethoxam, chlorantraniliprole and tebuconazole were found in water up to 53 exposure days.•Lambda-cyhalothrin and tebuconazole were bioaccumulated in fish's muscles.•Pesticides bioaccumulation may result in a potential risk to human health.•Pesticide mixtures induce oxidative stress on carps.
