Successful treatment of pituitary carcinoma with concurrent radiation, temozolomide, and bevacizumab after resection.

•Temozolomide, bevacizumab, and radiation can be effective for pituitary carcinoma.•Complete remission in pituitary carcinoma can be achieved by combined modality.•Using bevacizumab in the first line therapy may be warranted in pituitary carcinoma.•Combining temozolomide and bevacizumab with radiation was safe in our case.
