摘要
•Covalent immobilization of β-amylase onto GO-CNT, GO and Fe3O4 was investigated.•Box-Behnken design was used to optimize parameters for maximum immobilization.•Immobilization was confirmed by SEM, TEM AFM, FT-IR and fluorescence microscopy.•Developed nanobiocatalyst showed superior biochemical features over free β-amylase.•Amongst all, bamyl GO-CNT conjugate turns out to be the strongest nanobiocatalyst.
