摘要

•CLRV isolated from seven plant species revealed biological differences.•One out of four commercially-available antisera successfully detected CLRV isolates.•Parts of the coat protein, polymerase and 3ʹ-untranslated regions were sequenced.•Some CLRV isolates group differently depending on the gene studied.•Conventional RT-PCR using primers targeting the coat protein region is recommended.
