Serum anti-PLA2R antibody as a diagnostic biomarker of idiopathic membranous nephropathy: The optimal cut-off value for Chinese patients.

•Serum anti-PLA2R is a sensitive and specific diagnostic marker for IMN.•We used ROC curve to look for the optimal cutoff value for Chinese IMN patients.•2.6RU/ml is the optimal cutoff value for the diagnosis of IMN in China.•The sensitivity/specificity of anti-PLA2R for Chinese IMN is 78.9/91.7%.
