We show that the use of labor-hire translates into significant savings emanating from reductions in overhead costs, turnover, and absenteeism. Fundamental differences in employment contracts and net cash flow benefits exist. Intangible benefits include the ability to vary pay rates, and other employee benefits in line with market conditions.
