Abstract

•An optimized ISFA-scheme is proposed in MB-OFDM UWBoF system.•The optimal ISFA window size for each MB-OFDM UWB sub-band is investigated.•The 128-QAM UWB transmission over fiber system are experimentally demonstrated.•The experimental results show significant performance improvement of the system.
