This paper aims to study the acoustic scattering characteristics of one-dimension random fluctuation surface based on PM spectrum. Two-dimension random fluctuation surface based on PM spectrum is established using Monte Carlo method, and one-dimension random fluctuation surface is set up using the amplitude data of fluctuation surface between different directions. The scattering strength of one-dimension fluctuation surface is calculated using integral equation method. The characteristics of in-plane scattering and backscattering strength between different wind speeds, wind angles and frequencies are analyzed. Compared with the acoustic scattering characteristics of one-dimensional Gauss random fluctuation surface, the applicability of random fluctuation surface based on PM spectrum is approved. The results show that in the crosswind direction, the scattering characteristics of random fluctuation interface based on PM spectrum are consistent with the Gauss random fluctuation interface, but there is some difference in the tailwind direction.
