摘要

•We optimized Sendai viral vectors (SVV) to reprogram epidermal keratinocytes.•SVV infection led to the integration-free iPSCs from the keratinocyte of RDEB patients.•These iPSCs could differentiate into dermal fibroblasts and epidermal keratinocytes.
