摘要

•NaHS induces rat aorta contractions through activation of Na+,K+,2Cl-cotransport and Ca2+ influx via L-type channels.•NaHS increased Na+,K+,2Cl--cotransport activity in smooth muscle cells but not in endothelial cells.•Low doses of NaHS enhanced 45Ca influx in smooth muscle cells, but high doses of NaHS suppressed it.
