Abstract

•EGFR-TKIs strongly inhibited the β-catenin signal and decreased CSCs sorted out by SP cells.•The reduction of CSCs significantly reduced the migration capability.•Targeting β-catenin could be a potential strategy for EGFR-mutated NSCLC.
